Acceptance of terms
By using app.haylo.gr and the HAYLO services, you accept these terms.
The services
HAYLO Desk is provided free of charge. HAYLO Market charges a 10% fee on a load booked through the marketplace, per Pricing.
User obligations
- Accurate details and valid credentials
- Compliance with transport law
- Good faith in transactions
Payments & escrow
Payments are processed via Stripe, held in escrow until proof of delivery.
Liability
HAYLO provides the matching platform; the contract of carriage is concluded between the parties.
The operating legal entity and full legal wording are confirmed before publication (QUESTIONS_FOR_HUMAN #9).
